Ni95Al5 thermal spray wire is a commonly used spray material with many excellent properties and is suitable for various high-temperature and corrosion-resistant coating applications. It is mainly composed of nickel (Ni) and aluminum (Al), of which the nickel content accounts for about 95% and the aluminum content accounts for about 5%.
