Ni200 and Ni201 are two common pure nickel materials that have similar chemical compositions but are slightly different.


Ni200 is a commercial purity nickel material containing approximately 99.2% nickel, with the remainder being impurity elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance and can operate stably in various corrosive media. Ni200 has good mechanical properties and can be processed and formed by cold working and hot working. It is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, aerospace and other fields to manufacture chemical equipment, petroleum refining equipment, nuclear industry equipment, power generation equipment and aerospace components.


Ni201 is a high-purity nickel material with a nickel content of approximately 99.5%. It is a higher-purity version of Ni200. Compared with Ni200, Ni201 has a lower carbon content, so in some special application scenarios, such as the nuclear industry and high temperature and high vacuum environments, Ni201 is more suitable. Ni201 has similar corrosion resistance and high temperature performance to Ni200, and can also be formed and processed through cold working and hot working. It is commonly used in the manufacture of nuclear reactor components, chemical processing equipment, electronic equipment, and high-temperature heat exchangers.

Production Process:

Hot and cold rolling: Heat-treated blanks usually require further processing through hot and cold rolling processes. Cold rolling refers to further rolling and dimensional adjustment through rolling mills at room temperature.
